A six bedroom villa on Lake Shkodra, an hour and a half from Tirana airport, competing with every other listing on a booking platform. The site exists so the property is seen properly first, then booked.

What we built
- Photography given room to work, because the property is the argument
- The six en suite bedrooms, pool, jacuzzi, gym and water access set out clearly for a group of up to twelve
- Location and travel time from the airport stated plainly, since that decides the trip
- A deliberate handoff into the existing booking channel rather than a second system to maintain
- Built for the way groups actually decide, one person browsing and sending it to the others
Not every property needs its own booking engine. This one needed to stop being just a listing.
